CVS $5 Deal

Jeri at CouponSTL has put together a $5 Deal for CVS this week.  I don't know if she'll be doing it every week, but if she does, I'll be sure to repost the info here.

Total retail before sales & coupons: $45.44
Total out of pocket: $5.96 + tax for a 87% savings
