Much of Walmart's policies are at the discretion of the store manager. Here is a summary of what the corporate policy allows, but you'll have to check with your store.
Walmart will price match other stores' ads, and you can use a coupon on an item that has been price matched. Walmart accepts all valid coupons, including coupons from other stores, but only one coupon per item - stacking of store coupons and manufacturer coupons is not allowed.
Walmart Rollbacks often last for longer than a week, so be sure to check previous Walmart matchups for items you might need.
