Walmart will price match any competitor's ad within the local area. Check with your store to confirm which ads they will match if you're not sure. Additionally, the store's manager does have a little say in that location's price match and coupon policies.
At most stores you can also use a coupon on an item you have price matched. Occasionally, a cashier will not know this and may not want to do it. So, either ask them to scan the coupon and see if it works or ask for a CSM.
Walmart accepts manufacturer coupons, including internet printables and coupons for free items, but does not double. Walmart's corporate policy is to accept store coupons (ie: Target, Walgreens, etc), but it is up to the store's manager whether or not their store does. You cannot use 2 coupons on the same item (ie: Target coupon & manufacturer coupon). I've confirmed this policy with the corporate customer service hotline, but have never tried using another store's coupon at Walmart. If you want to check with the store, take a copy of the policy with you and have the corporate hotline number handy and ready to call.
